No Services, No House: Connection Management
A beautiful house without water or light is just an expensive barn. Connection management is the vital link between your shelter and the outside world. We explain how we solve it, especially in rural areas.
Electricity (Electrical Connection)
- Feasibility: The first thing is to ask the distribution company (CGE, Enel, Cooperatives) if there is an electrical network in front of your land and if they have capacity.
- The Connection Pillar: We build the brick or concrete pillar at the boundary of your land, with the exact specifications of the company.
- The TE1 Procedure: Our SEC-certified electrical installer declares the interior installation. Without this TE1 certificate, the power company will NOT install the meter.
- Off-Grid Option: Is the pole too far away (millionaire network extension cost)? We design photovoltaic solar systems with lithium batteries so you are 100% autonomous. It is becoming increasingly profitable.
Potable Water and Sewage
In the city it's easy: you connect to the utility network (Aguas Andinas, Esval, etc.). On a plot, it's another world:
- Rural Potable Water (APR): If you have an APR committee nearby, we manage the "connection." It is ideal.
- Deep Well: If there is no APR, drilling must be done.
- We manage the registration of the well in the DGA.
- We install chlorination and filtration systems if the water comes out cloudy or with minerals.
- Private Sewerage:
- We design the septic tank and the drainage system according to the absorption capacity of your soil (Percolation Test).
- We process the Sanitary Resolution. It is illegal to inhabit a house without this sanitary permit.
Gas
- Liquefied Gas (Cylinders/Tank): Most common outside the city gas network.
- We manage with companies like Lipigas or Abastible the installation of the "pig" (bulk tank) under safety standards.
- We issue the TC6 green seal certificate, indispensable for Final Reception.
At Canadian Houses, we don't just build walls; we connect your life.
