Warranty and After-Sales Service
We stand behind the quality of every project and strictly honor the warranties established by Chile's General Urbanism and Construction Law (LGUC).
What the warranty covers and for how long
10 years
Failures or defects affecting the load-bearing structure.
5 years
Failures in construction elements or installations.
3 years
Failures in finishes or surface work.
These periods start from the final municipal approval of the build.
The warranty has one condition, and it is worth knowing
Coverage stays valid as long as you follow the preventive maintenance programme included in the homeowner manual: ventilating the home, checking and replacing silicone seals, servicing gas appliances, and reviewing the water system once a year.
Keep the receipts for every service carried out by a specialist. They are the evidence you need if you ever have to use the warranty.
How to file a request
We respond to any construction issue directly and efficiently. Email is the official channel, and the process works like this:
- 1If there is a water or gas leak, the first step is to shut off the corresponding valve.
- 2Write to us with your name, the property address, a contact phone number, and a description of the problem.
- 3We confirm receipt of your request within approximately 48 hours.
- 4We schedule the technical inspection within a maximum of 5 business days.
Attach photos when you can — they speed up diagnosis considerably.

How we assess an observation
To determine whether an observation falls within standard, we use the Manual de Tolerancias para Edificaciones published by the Corporación de Desarrollo Tecnológico (CDT) as our reference — the benchmark used across the Chilean construction industry.
